The grapes are subjected to a soft pressing and vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the evolution of the wine continues in cement tanks for a few months in contact with its yeasts, to give greater roundness and taste to the finished product, before being bottled.
