Why Not? Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar provides:

• Online wine catalog browsing through our 'Let's Wine' section

3. Reservations & Orders

Reservations are recommended but not required. We do our best to accommodate walk-in guests. For large parties or special events, advance booking is highly recommended.

• Reservations can be made by phone, Line, or in person
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations that are not honored within 15 minutes of the reserved time
• Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice
• We cannot guarantee the availability of all menu items at all times

4. Payment Terms

• Cash (Thai Baht)
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB)
• PromptPay and QR code payments
• Mobile payment apps (upon availability)

5. Guest Conduct

We strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is:

• Disruptive to other guests or staff
• Violating Thai laws or regulations
• Damaging to our property or reputation
• Intoxicated beyond safe limits

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
• Our 'Why Not?' and 'Let's Wine' branding are proprietary marks
• Photos of our restaurant may be shared on social media with proper attribution

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in preparing our food and providing our services, Why Not? Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar shall not be liable for:

• Allergic reactions (please inform us of any allergies before ordering)
• Personal items lost or damaged on premises
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any indirect or consequential damages
