Sommelier / Wine Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable Sommelier to curate our wine program and elevate our guests' dining experience. This role is perfect for a wine enthusiast with expertise in Italian and international wines.
Responsibilities
- Curate and manage wine list
- Recommend wine pairings to guests
- Train staff on wine knowledge
- Manage wine inventory and ordering
- Host wine tasting events
- Build relationships with wine suppliers
Requirements
- Wine certification (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers) preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Italian wines
- Experience in fine dining wine service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English required
- Additional languages highly valued
- Passion for wine education and pairing
- Professional appearance and demeanor
