We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This leadership role requires someone with a passion for hospitality and Italian dining culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations
- Manage and train service staff
- Handle guest relations and feedback
- Coordinate with kitchen on service flow
- Manage reservations and seating
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Good command of English; Thai fluency preferred
- Additional languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) are advantageous
- Financial literacy and P&L understanding
- Commitment to maintaining high standards
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
