Head Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to lead our service team and ensure memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role requires excellent hospitality skills and wine knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate service team
- Train junior service staff
- Handle VIP guests and special requests
- Recommend wines and menu items
- Ensure table settings and ambiance
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English required
- Additional languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, European) preferred
- Wine knowledge and service experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality
